Log in to the ispCP background as an administrator, set-internationalization, and select the language file Chinese _china.txt that you just downloaded in the new language installation.
Click Install, General Information-Language, and select' Simplified Chinese-Simplified Chinese' in Select your default language.
点击“保存”。
